Dear Member,
Welcome to the new century and I hope that none of you have been bothered by a Millennium Bug and still got your collection of Post Cards listed and not wiped out (I nearly put p.c. down for postcard but that means something different these days.)
I would like to wish you all happy collecting in the Year 2000.
As the century changes so there will be changes on the way in the Circle but more about that at a later date.
